Short description : The Monterone apartment is a one bedroom self catering accommodation for rent in Rome, located on the first floor of a building without elevator, situated in the historical center, at a few steps from the Pantheon.
The 45 sq.mt apartment, is fitted with antique terracotta flooring, opening up onto a small living room, furnished with armchairs and a particular chaise-longue which can eventually be used as an extra bed for a child. On the left is a small but fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with stall shower.
This apartment, even though it is located in the heart of the historical center, is quiet due to it's location at the back of the Pantheon. This area is in walking distance to the most important attractions of Rome: from cultural points of interest to shops, bars and typical restaurants.
Important Information : The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
- The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- An initial and final cleaning is included in the price.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
